This Position reports to: LPG Manager LVS IN Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the local management of all project execution activities in the area of responsibility. Each day, you will ensure operations are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your skills by coordinating and overseeing team development and standardized process development to continually improve the effectiveness of Project Execution teams. The work model for the role is: #LI - Onsite This role contributes to the Electrification business within the Smart Power division (Low Voltage Systems), under the Project Operations function in India. Main stakeholders include Project Managers, Customers, Sales, and Operations Leadership. You will be mainly accountable for: Managing the implementation of continuous improvements for the project execution strategy for local Project Operations. Ensuring that the portfolio of projects is managed consistently based on best practices and company policies, controls, and requirements. Overseeing and leading the local Project Execution team, ensuring that policies related to quality, HSE, cybersecurity, and contract compliance are consistently followed. Supervising project execution and performance management through project reviews to ensure contract fulfillment and approving any project deviations. Qualifications for the role You have 15+ years of experience in Project Management, with a solid history of leading end-to-end project execution in industrial or engineering environments. You are highly skilled in project execution methodologies, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement practices, ensuring delivery aligned with quality, schedule, and cost targets. You possess solid experience in ensuring compliance with HSE standards, cybersecurity regulations, contractual requirements, and quality frameworks within project environments. You have established leadership experience in managing and developing project execution teams, building capability and standardizing processes. You hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering. You are highly adept in using project management tools and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, MS Project, Primavera or equivalent platforms). You are motivated by leadership, operational excellence, and stakeholder collaboration, with effective communication skills in English.
