How WeHireYou handles your data and the rules for using our hiring platform.

Privacy Policy

When you create a WeHireYou account, we collect information you provide such as name, email, education, work experience, skills, and optional profile photo.
If you build a resume or e-portfolio, we store that content so you can edit it and share public links you choose to publish.
Recruiters may provide company details, job postings, and messages related to hiring workflows.
We collect usage data (pages visited, features used, device/browser type) to improve the platform and prevent abuse.

To operate job search, applications, recruiter dashboards, and AI-assisted resume tools you request.
To communicate about your account, applications, and support requests.
To show your public e-portfolio only when you publish it — unpublished drafts stay private to your account.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising.

Application data is shared with employers when you apply to their roles.
We use trusted infrastructure providers to host the service; they process data only on our instructions.
We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward unless you request deletion or law requires longer retention.

You may access, correct, or delete profile information from your dashboard where available, or contact us at support@wehireyou.in.
You can unpublish or remove your e-portfolio at any time from E-Portfolio Studio.
If you are in a region with additional privacy rights (e.g. access or portability requests), email us and we will respond within applicable timelines.

By creating an account or using WeHireYou, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
Students and job seekers must be eligible to work or intern as described in listings they apply to.
Recruiters must post genuine opportunities and comply with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws.

Do not scrape, spam, harass users, post misleading jobs, or attempt to bypass platform security.
Do not upload malware, hate speech, or content that infringes others' intellectual property.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or harm other users.

Job listings, match scores, and AI resume suggestions are aids — not guarantees of employment or hiring outcomes.
You are responsible for reviewing application materials before submitting them to employers.
We may update features, pricing, and these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

WeHireYou is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for hiring decisions made by employers or actions of other users.
Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater, except where law does not allow such limits.
