The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications meet the intended goals while continuously refining and adapting the software to evolving business demands. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, functional applications are central to daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development. - Ensure the applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational standards. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Experience in developing responsive and dynamic user interfaces using modern web technologies. - Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming. - Ability to integrate Salesforce applications with external systems and APIs. - Familiarity with debugging, testing, and deploying applications within the Salesforce ecosystem. - Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Nagpur office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
