In this role, your goals will be: In three months: - Manage client's media Investments across mediums to drive efficiency - Work closely with the GroupM Investment community - Individual player managing internal & external stake holders - Drive post buy, reports and reviews. In six months: - Compliance against internal / External Audit - Accountable for internal and client reports - Ensure tracking of deals as per audit norms - Help team with market intelligence & structured data which help in structuring better deals. In 12 months: - Complete knowledge of your clients’ benchmarks - Completely hands on with negotiation strategy, deliver internal targets, client KPIs etc. - Ability to run the show all by yourself with guidance / direction from leadership team - Enhanced internal and external relationships and score well in delighting clients Skills and Experience What you’ll bring: - High commitment & passion towards learning, growing & moving up your career - Extremely flexible attitude and an ability to read between the lines - Quick turnaround time & sharp analytical skills - A strong commercial negotiator - able to gauge good value for our clients and influence senior people within large media companies to deliver it - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal. - Willingness to learn and drive to succeed Minimum qualifications: - 9-12+ years of experience in media buying/planning. - Client Management experience - Excellent presentation skills - Strong communication skills - Willingness to be hands-on and a team player.
