Your role and responsibilities As a Package Consultant: SAP HANA FIN TR, you will implement and configure SAP HANA FIN TR solutions for clients, serving as an expert working directly with customers to deliver high-quality results and trusted business advice. You will utilize your deep understanding of and/or hands-on experience in the system to analyze business requirements, design and configure solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Design and Configure Solutions: Design and configure SAP HANA FIN TR solutions to meet client needs, leveraging business and industry knowledge, business processes, and techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions. • Deliver Comprehensive Solutions: Develop and implement solutions, working across technical design, development, and implementation to achieve client expectations, with a focus on simplicity, amplification, and maintainability. • Collaborate with Clients and Teams: Embody IBM core values while delivering project goals, building trust with clients and team members through knowledge, self-awareness, respect, clear communications, inclusivity, curiosity, and innovation in all interactions. • Analyze Business Requirements: Understand and analyze business requirements to design and configure solutions that meet client needs. • Ensure Successful Project Delivery: Utilize business and industry knowledge to ensure successful project delivery, meeting client expectations and achieving project goals. Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise • SAP HANA FIN TR Expertise: Deep understanding of and/or hands-on experience in SAP HANA FIN TR solutions, including configuration and implementation. • Business Requirements Analysis: Experience with analyzing business requirements to design and configure solutions that meet client needs, utilizing business and industry knowledge. • Techno-Functional Solution Expertise: Experience in leveraging techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions. • Solution Design and Configuration: Experience with designing and configuring SAP HANA FIN TR solutions to meet client needs, focusing on simplicity, amplification, and maintainability. • Project Delivery Expertise: Experience in ensuring successful project delivery, meeting client expectations and achieving project goals, utilizing business and industry knowledge. Preferred technical and professional experience • Comprehensive Industry Knowledge: Experience with leveraging business and industry knowledge to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions, ensuring successful project delivery and meeting client expectations. • Techno-Functional Solution Expertise: Experience in utilizing techno-functional solution expertise to design and configure SAP HANA FIN TR solutions that meet client needs, focusing on simplicity, amplification, and maintainability. • Strategic Solution Development: Experience with developing and implementing solutions, working across technical design, development, and implementation to achieve client expectations.
