About the Role The HR Generalist will support the HR Business Partners within our US and LATAM regions by being the first point of contact for employee relations concerns, coordinating HRBP-led programs and projects, supporting performance and engagement cycles, and providing data and reporting insights. This role strengthens HRBP capacity by ensuring consistent employee support and high-quality execution across teams. Mexico City, Mexico - Remote
