About the role
Supply Chain Program Manager Role Overview As a Program Manager, You’ll lead strategic supply chain initiatives across multiple countries, ensuring seamless coordination between global teams, suppliers, and logistics partners. This role demands a blend of operational expertise, cultural fluency, and stakeholder finesse to drive efficiency and innovation across borders. Key Responsibilities - Global Program Leadership: Manage end-to-end supply chain programs including procurement, logistics, inventory, and fulfillment across regions. - Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and external partners across geographies; tailor communication to cultural and organizational contexts. - Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions across international supply chain operations. - Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to local regulations, trade laws, and customs requirements. - Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics to forecast demand, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement. - Technology Integration: Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to implement tools that enhance visibility and automation. - Reporting & Governance: Deliver executive-level updates and maintain program documentation for global visibility. - Cost Optimization: Develop a cost-effective plan and optimize resource utilization to minimize operational expenses Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred) - 6+ years of experience in supply chain operations, with 3+ years in international program management - Strong understanding of logistics, procurement, and manufacturing processes - Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors across countries - Excellent communication and negotiation skills across cultures - Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL and supply chain platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.) - PMP, CSCP, or equivalent certification is a plus Impact & Scope - Lead programs with multimillion-dollar budgets across 5+ countries - Influence global supply chain strategy and vendor relationships - Collaborate with senior leadership across operations, finance, and technology - Drive initiatives that improve delivery speed, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction Gurugram, Haryāna, India Gurugram
