Talent Acquisition Specialist The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various functions. The role partners closely with hiring managers to understand talent requirements, build strong candidate pipelines, ensure an excellent candidate experience, and support timely hiring while maintaining recruitment metrics and compliance with organizational hiring processes.
