The Role As a Talent Acquisition Lead on the Talent team, you will shape and execute our hiring strategy while managing and developing members of the recruiting team. You will be responsible for both direct recruiting for key roles and leading the broader team to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our hiring processes. This role is essential to building a diverse and skilled workforce, ensuring we continue to attract and retain talent that will push our mission forward. You will work cross-functionally with leadership and hiring managers to align recruiting efforts with Mistral's goals. What You Will Do - Partner with tech and business leaders to understand hiring needs and fill open roles - Deliver a high-quality and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process - Guide candidates clearly through each step, introducing them to working at Mistral - Share recruiting strategies with the team to ensure consistency and efficiency - Use data analytics to identify and solve challenges within the hiring process - Coach and mentor recruiters to support their development and success - Recommend and implement improvements to hiring processes and tools - Represent Mistral externally to build our reputation as an employer in the talent market What We're Looking For - At least 8 years of corporate experience, including recruiting in competitive markets - Proven ability to lead and develop recruiting teams - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience managing both projects and people with discipline and attention to detail - Comfortable moving between strategic work and hands-on tasks - Skilled at influencing without direct authority and collaborating across functions - Open to learning and able to quickly understand new topics - Fluent in English with experience recruiting internationally - Familiar with tools like Ashby, Modernloop, LinkedIn Recruiter...
