Back to Jobs Sr.Technical Writer Remote, Long term w2 or c2c Apply to this Job Description *** Mode of Intrview : Webcam Interview Only *** Very long term project (initial PO for 1 year, expect to go for 4+ years) ***Remote*** Description:- They will work closely with HIEA business leads and partners to draft MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts, and other agreements. As a writer will proactively coordinate with Client's legal, privacy and security, finance, and procurement teams to ensure that all required information is provided, issues are addressed, and agreements satisfy the respective team's requirements. The contracts writer will develop and maintain an organized repository of all HIEA agreements and related documentation and collaborate with business leads to ensure programs and services are in alignment with related agreements. The unit is also responsible for establishing a clinical data warehouse to support business intelligence efforts at an enterprise level that will generate improved health care treatment and improved service delivery by Medicaid Managed Care, State agencies, health departments, and health care organizations. Skills/Requirements:- Skill Required Years Extensive experience drafting and executing MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts, and other agreements Required 7 Years Familiarity with legal, privacy and security, finance, and procurement processes, preferably in the health IT sector Required 5 Years Extensive experience maintaining organized document repositories in SharePoint Required 5 Years Familiarity with health IT programs and services, preferably related to interoperability and health information exchange Required 5 Years Familiarity with the administration of Medicaid Advance Planning Documents and other federal funding processes Required 3 Years
