• check_circleContributes to development of the M&A strategy by identifying and ideating on investment ideas/potential targets across the technology services space in North America and Asia Pacific.
• check_circleLead the development of comprehensive financial models to assess investments including valuation, synergy analysis via discounted cash flow (DCF), accretion/dilution, scenario, sensitivity and ROI/IRR analysis.
• check_circleDay to day management of project teams across diligence process and coordinating with cross-functional internal teams (Finance, Legal, HR, IT) and external advisors (accountants, lawyers, bankers).
• check_circleDevelops detailed investment evaluation materials (at the executive level) in support of investment committee and board reviews.
• check_circleSupport the development of deal pipeline by cultivating relationships with investment banks, private equity firms, and industry founders.
• check_circleDevelop and maintain industry and competitive intelligence and market analysis to inform investment decisions and strategy
• check_circle3-5 years of experience in Corporate Development (must have direct M&A experience), Investment Banking, Private Equity or Big Four Finance & Accounting (with a focus on M&A Transactions).
• check_circleAdvanced / Deep financial modeling and valuation skills with expectation of having significant exposure to complex transaction.
