• check_circleOwn end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Service-to-Cash processes.
• check_circleAct as the primary escalation point for CS / SD-related topics.
• check_circleDrive solution design and hands-on configuration for:
• check_circleSAP SD: Sales Orders, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management
• check_circleSAP CS: Service Orders, Notifications, Contracts, Warranties
• check_circleEnsure adoption of S/4HANA SD and CS simplifications, Fiori apps, and embedded analytics.
• check_circleGuide CS transition strategies (Classic CS vs S/4HANA Service Management where applicable).
