- check_circleOwn end-to-end delivery of Project-to-Cash (P2C) and Project Costing & Controlling processes.
- check_circleAct as the primary escalation point for all PS-related topics.
- check_circleDrive solution design and hands-on configuration for SAP PS including: Project structures (WBS, Networks, Activities) Cost Planning, Budgeting, and Availability Control Project Settlement and Results Analysis Revenue Recognition (EVM / RAR integration)
