check_circleDesign, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow HAM, including workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and custom applications related to hardware asset management.
check_circleImplement and maintain HAM capabilities such as asset lifecycle management, procurement, inventory, refresh, and disposal processes.
check_circleDevelop and enhance Service Portal components for self-service asset requests, tracking, and reporting.
check_circleEnsure data integrity and accuracy within the CMDB for all hardware assets, including CI relationships and attributes.
check_circleIntegration:  Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow HAM and external systems, inventory management systems and discovery tools.  Utilize various integration methods including REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and data sources.
