Growth Operations -Paytm Money Expectations/ Requirements  Own marketing campaign operations & implementation design logic end to end in alignment with the marketing strategy decided upon  Own the monitoring and tracking of metrics useful for performance analyses of campaigns  Set up and run experiments on campaigns  Streamline operations for reduced errors and increased efficiency  Run root cause analyses and narrow down the cause(s) in cases of deviations from expected campaign behavior Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role  Familiarity with any CLM tool.
