About the role
Product Engineer Resend is growing fast, and there are now over 3 million developers using it. As a Product Engineer, you will help shape the core product experience of Resend. This role is for someone who cares about both how the product works and how the product feels. You should be comfortable moving between frontend, backend, product thinking, design details, and user experience. This role is fully remote based in Americas or European timezones, with some expected travel for team offsites, conferences, meetups, and more. In this role, you will… - Build polished product experiences for users using Resend. - Turn complex technical concepts into simple, clear, and trustworthy user experiences. - Own features end-to-end: product thinking, UX details, implementation, instrumentation, launch, and iteration. - Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and customer success to understand user problems and ship high-quality solutions. - Build debugging and observability experiences that help users understand what happened to their emails, webhooks, domains, and API requests. - Work primarily with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and modern web technologies. - Talk to users, understand customer pain, and turn those insights into better product decisions. - Help raise the bar for craft, performance, accessibility, reliability, and product quality across Resend.
