We are looking for compassionate and patient nurses to join a community care package supporting an adult client with a spinal injury and complex care needs. The client is ventilator-dependent via tracheostomy and is able to communicate verbally. You should promote consistency, independence, and patient-led care in this role. Successful candidates will be empathetic, respectful, and able to build a positive therapeutic relationship, recognising the emotional challenges that can accompany a loss of independence. Nurses must be comfortable working collaboratively as part of a team. This role requires nurses who are available to work day shifts &/or night shifts.
