About the Role As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will: - Deliver high-quality, person-centred support within supported living services. - Promote independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes. - Support individuals with daily living activities, health management and life skills. - Encourage social engagement and participation within the local community. - Build positive, trusted relationships that help people achieve their personal goals. - Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and other professionals to provide outstanding care. What We're Looking For We're seeking caring and resilient individuals who are passionate about supporting others. Ideally, you'll have: - Experience working within mental health, social care or a support environment. - A person-centred approach and genuine passion for helping others. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - The ability to remain calm, adaptable and positive in challenging situations. - A commitment to promoting independence, dignity and choice. - A full UK driving licence (desirable but not essential).
